Promising start, awful finish.

Liked: Housekeeping never came, despite my calling 3X over the course of the day and early evening.
Disliked: If they had implemented housekeeping, I'd recommend the hotel to everyone. Now I won't recommend it to anyone.

Best hotel for a bachelorette...

Liked: I love how comfortable the beds where and the view was beautiful.
Disliked: One of the windows didn’t close completely, and you don’t have that much privacy in the bathroom but everything else was perfect.

Liked: Nothing , completely disaster.
Disliked: 3 days no room cleaning no new towel , there are a lot mosquitos in bathroom. Next room gave fire alarm at 3 am , then fire fighters came our room and broke other room door. We did not sleep all night.

Liked: Everyone was so kind from the front staff to the bartender. My daughter got sick in the middle of the night and they worked to help me get what I needed for her. Will definitely stay here again!

Liked: I like the cleanliness and that it was modern. I didn't like the fact that the custodians follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable. I stayed for four days wanted to extend and was told that they were sold out which was a lie. The front house employee yelled at me in front of the manager and the manager didn't say anything. The Haitian young lady at the front desk at Chelsea. I was told I had to book by third party but for some people they would take reservations at the desk. They lack professionalism and show favoritism .
