Disliked: There was no closet in the roomThere was no place to put our stuff in the bathroomThere are no hooks to hang the bath twols so you have to leav them on the floorOne day they forgot to clean the room and we had to ask 3 times for clean towles

A fabulous hotel, clean comfy...

Liked: Loved this hotel, situated in a great area and not too far to walk or catch a subway tomost destinations. The rooms were clean and bright with comfy beds, had a lovely shower in a modern bathroom. We had a great city view with floor to ceiling windows, a real treat! The room was cleaned each day and towels replaced if needed. We also liked having a fridge and coffee/tea making facilitys. The hotel has a small gym and offers a breakfast - although we didn't opt for this
Disliked: A shame that there were no single beds which our kids could have slept in, instead of sharing a double.
