Liked: Walking distance to shopping, spa's and bourbon street. Nice clean modern room with a view. Very courteous staff inside and out. Valet guys were awesome!
Disliked: The alarm went off and we had to walk from the 14th floor using the stairs b/c elevator was not in use. Once we get downstairs we were told it was OK to go back up to rooms but we had to wait on elevator to be turned back on. Also the room a/c kept going in and out. One minute it would blow cool air next minute it seemed as if the heat was on blowing warm air. We kept it at 72 auto and even tried 70 auto but the night time for some reason was the worst. Just seemed as if the a/couple was shut off. Didn't sleep well and tried calling the front desk and theyou kept saying they will TRY to get it checked out but the 2 days we were there no one came to fix a/c! very disappointing for the price we paid to stay. It was my fiance 1st time visiting new orleans and we couldn't enjoy being cool in our own room!

Liked: The modern designs and decor were what set this hotel at higher standards from the rest. Upon checking in I was warmly welcomed by the staff on duty. This has by far exceeded my expectations and will be the only hotel in the area I will stay in for any future plans.
Disliked: The beds were too comfy. We unfortunately overslept through breakfast.

Liked: The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The lobby and bar area were always active and full of fun and social activities. The weekend we visited happened to be unusually cold, so we spent more time in the hotel than we expected. We were glad to see that there were still plenty of things to do there.

Michele Mon, 30 January 2017

Liked: The rooms are really nice and rather big. The bathroom is also very nice! Do not miss out the pool area, with a nice skyline view on the city. The location is also great: very close to Bourbon St. and the French Quarter, but out of the noise and mess. The staff is also very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The food offering for breakfast and snacks is limited to say the least: should really be improved.
