Disliked: Weird restroom door, it was like "open restroom" :)And there was some ear dirt on the towel, and hairs.

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to subway station and walking distance to world trade center. The frond desks employees were very attentive.
Disliked: The property itself was very dirty. The front glass door, elevators, and rugs were all unclean, and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. The curtains were stained and had visible mildew. This is not what you would expect from a hotel in this chain. I don’t blame the staff, the issue is with the condition of the property itself. It needs serious maintenance, replacements, and a deep, deep cleaning. The air conditioner in our first room wasn’t working, so we were moved to another one. However, the noise from the AC unit was unbearable even with earplugs, it was extremely loud. It made it very difficult to sleep, just as other guests have mentioned in previous reviews.

Liked: location very comfortable close to metro station and Pace university
Disliked: Air condition was off in the whole building for a day during a hot weather. Happy they fixed it before the night.

Amazing stay at the hotel,...

Liked: Everything was so clean and well maintained. Nothing was broken or not working. All of the amenities provided made the stay that much better!! Every single person who helped me and worked there were so kind and helpful. All of the shared areas were so clean and welcoming. The room was a really good size for being in New York and at the price! Definitely a great spot too.
Disliked: Everything was perfect

Cool vibe and great location...

Liked: Our 2nd stay here and again very useful for the location and cool vibe of the hotel. Staff super friendly.
Disliked: The air con and background noise is a bit high - but hey, it’s New York! The breakfast options weren’t available on our stay but there are plenty of alternative cafes nearby.

Exceptional Stay with Room for...

Liked: The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable — close to everything you might need and perfect for exploring the area. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
Disliked: However, I do think there’s room for improvement in the lobby area. It would be great to have more variety in available products — especially basic refreshments like beers or snacks. Also, the bar was always closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.Overall, it’s a wonderful place with great service and an ideal location. With just a bit more attention to the guest experience in the common areas, it could be perfect.
