The hotel is amazing; beautifully decorated; comfortable; staff are sweet and approachable; outstanding service.

Liked: The bed was the best part; so clean and comfortable; will be staying there again really soon; amazing.
Disliked: No ice machine on the floor; had to go down stairs for ice.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. I just loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Aloft in the future when I travel again. One thing for sure if I come to Dallas - this would be my first choice. The hotel was within walking distance of some great restaurants. There was a live band the first night of our stay - that was fun and the rooms were so quiet we could not hear anything that was happening in the lobby even when they were playing. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

Liked: I loved this hotel! It was amazing, clean, quiet and just a beautiful place to stay with a fun young vibe to it.
Disliked: The refrigerator in our room did not keep drinks cool.

Liked: Monteyo (spelling) was the best! He is a true City Guide. And, values Customer Service! My colleague loved him as well.Amazing room facing Reunion Tower. Worked on that side of the room Will always stay here when in Dallas.
Disliked: Uber pulls to the front vs. Side entrance. Easier for people traveling with luggage.Do the Bingo on other nights.
