The hotel is amazing; beautifully decorated; comfortable; staff are sweet and approachable; outstanding service.

Liked: The bed was the best part; so clean and comfortable; will be staying there again really soon; amazing.
Disliked: No ice machine on the floor; had to go down stairs for ice.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. I just loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Aloft in the future when I travel again. One thing for sure if I come to Dallas - this would be my first choice. The hotel was within walking distance of some great restaurants. There was a live band the first night of our stay - that was fun and the rooms were so quiet we could not hear anything that was happening in the lobby even when they were playing. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

Liked: I loved this hotel! It was amazing, clean, quiet and just a beautiful place to stay with a fun young vibe to it.
Disliked: The refrigerator in our room did not keep drinks cool.

UNFORGETTABLE

Liked: The stuff was nice, kind and very professional. We were there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and they made it soooo unforgettable, room upgrades to a presidential suite(more comfortable), credit on breakfast (Saved us tone of money), prompt to respond to any questions you have not just me but even people around. This place has definitely become our favorite place!!!

Liked: We loved the Aloft Dallas location. The view was amazing, the room was huge and everyone was so nice!!

Hidden low budget motel

Liked: The pool. It’s small but if there isn’t a lot of people out there, it is cool
Disliked: Incidental hold shenanigans..and staff act very incompetent . Ants crawling in the rooms .. and one room smelled like dog piss
