The hotel is amazing; beautifully decorated; comfortable; staff are sweet and approachable; outstanding service.

Liked: The bed was the best part; so clean and comfortable; will be staying there again really soon; amazing.
Disliked: No ice machine on the floor; had to go down stairs for ice.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. I just loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Aloft in the future when I travel again. One thing for sure if I come to Dallas - this would be my first choice. The hotel was within walking distance of some great restaurants. There was a live band the first night of our stay - that was fun and the rooms were so quiet we could not hear anything that was happening in the lobby even when they were playing. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

Liked: I loved this hotel! It was amazing, clean, quiet and just a beautiful place to stay with a fun young vibe to it.
Disliked: The refrigerator in our room did not keep drinks cool.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful and warm welcoming.
Disliked: I had to be moved rooms because the first room air wasn’t working. The second room air worked but it wasn’t getting cold enough for me.

The stay was ok, but...

Liked: The room needed repairs. Some of the wallpaper was torn, ceiling panels were hanging down, the Formica on the desk was bubbled up.
Disliked: The front of the building is on a busy street. The entrance is actually on the side. There are no signs telling you where to go. The parking lot is not convenient for entering the hotel.

Stay could’ve been better. Hospitality...

Liked: The art style
Disliked: The room didn’t get warm. I had to call two times to get extra towels. There was a loud boom noise outside my door and knock down the picture on the wall. Feel like they need security or people need to control their children
