The hotel is amazing; beautifully decorated; comfortable; staff are sweet and approachable; outstanding service.

Liked: The bed was the best part; so clean and comfortable; will be staying there again really soon; amazing.
Disliked: No ice machine on the floor; had to go down stairs for ice.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. I just loved this hotel and look forward to staying in another Aloft in the future when I travel again. One thing for sure if I come to Dallas - this would be my first choice. The hotel was within walking distance of some great restaurants. There was a live band the first night of our stay - that was fun and the rooms were so quiet we could not hear anything that was happening in the lobby even when they were playing. I would stay here again and hope to do so again soon.

Liked: I loved this hotel! It was amazing, clean, quiet and just a beautiful place to stay with a fun young vibe to it.
Disliked: The refrigerator in our room did not keep drinks cool.

Liked: The room was so big and beautiful. The room was huge, the beds were so comfortable, and the shower was amazing. I loved the brickwork. The windows were amazing and the views were beautiful. The hotel was amazing, and the bartender was so nice and professional. Everyone was so nice. So much was in walking distance

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: For starters, it was listed as having a rooftop pool, that is not the case at all. The pool is located on the first floor, next to the parking lot and receives very little sun from what we noticed and had quite a lot of wasps flying around so we decided to go to the statler and pay to use their pool for the day instead. Upon entering the hotel for the first time we were greeted with an unpleasant odor that seemed to be everywhere we went until reaching our room. We found it very odd that we were unable to fully close the curtains and in turn were woken up at sunrise every morning. Friday night we were asleep and at about 10PM we were woken up with the fire alarm system and a gentleman on the intercom explaining that it was just a test of the emergency system. 1) why would you test the emergency system at 10pm at night?2) if you needed to test the alarm at that time why was there no notice of it ahead of time? Overall a very poor experience and will never be booking any future stays at another Aloft or partner hotel.
