Disliked: My mom personal stuff got stolen by someone that’s in housekeeping, nothing got resolved mangers has poor communication

Liked: I love the location, they have a patrol going around on the parking lot, so i know my car is secured.

Liked: The rooms are neat clean and well-equipped. Even though breakfast was not included (I choose not to include it), they gave complimentary coffee, which was great. In the parking lot, there's a well-known diner. At walking distance to fast food restaurants and malls, location is excellent. I also liked that the lobby had many activities to do: pool table, drinking games, board games, a nice bar, and a balcony.
Disliked: The room wi-fi didn't work, but I was able to use the guest wi-fi, which was ok.
