Request a room facing the waterfront for a nice landscape view.

Liked: Room had everything we needed. Great use of space, clean, and nicely decorated.
Disliked: Desk called valet for our car to come around. This was during the time of an event being held and some how valet service "lost" the call. What should have been a quick wait turned into a 15 minute one. Next time will not rely on hotel call to valet.

Bad location, would not choose...

Liked: Nice facility
Disliked: Loud and impossible to sleep there. Motorcycles and ambulances heard all hours of night. Bad location

Great location that had many...

Liked: The gym, the breakfast , the bar. The staff! The location.
Disliked: No pool. Stain on the shade. No microwave in my room.

Exceptional

Liked: Very good location. Good places to eat/drink on the same street and across the street. About a 20 minute walk from the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. We took scooters on the way back which took less than 10 minutes.
Disliked: No free breakfast but they do give you a coupon voucher to get something at their market.

Not very good.

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located near the Cleveland Lutheran Hospital where my husband had had surgery the morning of my stay. The room was clean and comfortable (with the exception of no hot water).
Disliked: I could not gain access to the room after four (4) trips back down to the reception desk. Finally the manager came with me to the room and verified that the card key did not work. I was transferred to another room but in the morning there was NO hot water in the shower. I was promised a 50% room credit on my bill but Booking.com has NOT completed that 2 weeks later either. Very bad experience.
