Lovely one night stay

Liked: Warm welcome from the proprietors. Room and ensuite bathroom clean. Very good breakfast. Just a short walk to Home Park for the football,
Disliked: Can't think of anything really. All good and value for money. Would stay here again next time I am in Plymouth.

Liked: The family were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, we will happily stay here again.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.

Liked: Close to the university and city centre. Comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Free parking on property or in adjacent street.
Disliked: Not many places to eat nearby except Weatherspoons, an 8 minute walk away.
