Liked: It's very clean and the bedroom is a very comfortable size. The location is great, very near to the shopping district. Staff is always at the reception and the door to help
Disliked: The room layout is just alittle odd to have the basin away from the toilet. The room is very dark but its in line with the whole hotel theme.

Disappointing

Disliked: Hotel full so not able to use pool or gym as had not pre booked.

Disliked: The room they offered via booking com was not the room they provided, they gave us room for people with disabilities so it was kinda uncomfortable (no doors etc), the gym you have to book in advance and it’s 5 sqm max which is uncomfortable as well.

Liked: everything's beautifully design

Very good

Liked: The Alma is in a good location near the city centre. Modern and practical. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was as described and well maintained.
Disliked: There is not much not to like if one is looking for a 'practical' and 'functional' hotel.

Liked: Service, location, the inner garden tranquility. Restaurant was great.
Disliked: My suite was great but windows did not open.
