Convenient location but not for...

Liked: View from the room was of the edgeDecor lovely and modernDecent location with lots of eateries close by
Disliked: Lifts very slow and one out of action for non residents to go to top floor most of the time.Only one hour 4-5pm for u18 to see the rooftop area, we wanted to take our 15 year old up for a meal but only permitted in this one hour.Room very small for 3 people and all our luggage

Comfortable, welcoming modern and relaxing

Liked: Welcoming, clean tidy and modern. Lovely touches in room including fully stocked coffee bar chocolates, robe and slippers.
Disliked: Lobby was very tight and difficult to navigate those checking in going in the elevator and going to the bar or restaurant. Better signage and a dedicated line for each would be preferred.

The most pleasant stay for...

Liked: Convince to theatre district , so clean, and staff was helpful, informative, and so nice - everyone checkin, bartenders, wait staff! The amenities - welcome drink, discount meal, and coupon for $25 were cherry on top of the cake. Views from the rooftop bar were stunning.
