Great place, great rooftop bar,...

Liked: Nice and close to lots of cool places, easy to get to and from on the subway/bus/trains.Comfortable beds, nice bathroom and great shower. Cool views
Disliked: Very small room, mirror makes it look bigger but not a lot of room for bags, or any other items. Location is great that it’s so central, and close to the port authority bus station/subway and Times Square/broadway, but a little bit of an unsavoury street, with many people loitering outside the lobby and surrounding area. Didn’t feel super safe coming and going from the hotel but once inside it was great!

Liked: Staff was wonderful and kind throughout. Letting us know that we can go to the rooftop bar with my kids before they opened. Always kind and helpful.
Disliked: Getting part of my money back because we decided to leave early.

Liked: great location, quite reasonable price and overall great starting point to visit NY.
Disliked: the only disadvantages are two elevators, at peak you can spend significant amount of time waiting for them
