it was ok but would...

Liked: the rooftop bar.
Disliked: staff were not very helpful and accomodating, room was not as nice as i thought it would be and bed was uncomfortable

Excellent stay

Liked: We stayed for 4 nights at Aliz. Location is super convenient everything close by and accessible on foot. Staff is extremely supportive, we got 2 hours early check in. Specially Zack is amazing five star for him.
Disliked: Room size is bit small but i guess everywhere in NYC thats standard.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We were given incorrect rooms. The staff were extremely unhelpful. There is drilling at 1am which the staff lied about being an emergency to later explain its planned work. I thought the lift complaint would be like any other hotel but this is the worst by a mile. Expect to wait 35 minutes for a lift. The rooms are covered in dust. Do not stay here, if you want the location go to the Hilton or Sheraton on the same road. I’ve had much better stays there.

Liked: The location
Disliked: I did not like that when I arrive late at night they made me wait and they said I can’t let you check in is because from booking and when I contact with the booking they said this from the hotel and for that the stuff over they said if I want I should cancel the booking from booking and they book again from them but the booking service they were helpful and they contact the hotel staff then they let me check in
