Luxury hotel in Prague opened in 1932 located few steps from Wenceslas Square right in the historical heart of Prague and Old Town Square. Fully renovated in 2023 combining the original heritage Art-Deco features with modern contemporary style and local art. A gorgeous stay!

Liked: Beautiful room and lobby/restaurant.Incredible shower! Fantastic, helpful, smiley staff.Extra shout to the concierge (Letka?) who gave us amazing off the beaten track recommendations to suit our needs

Liked: The room is quite big , nice and clean.
Disliked: I told them I have 2 dogs, and they even asked me my two dog's name on booking.com message, and said they noted down. And they charge 30 euro per pet, so I paid 60. However when I enter the room there's only 1 set of the dog bed/bowl, and I had to ask for a second set. And no where mentioned the dog's name so why bother to ask. The front desk staff didn't give any info when check in, even had to ask about breakfest if is included, when we go the room wasn't ready and the front staff said she will call me when is ready but I didn't get any phone calls. General the service is not how a 5 star hotel should be, more like a 4 star.
