Liked: The room was great and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very prompt service, I booked the night before, and they accommodated very quickly my requirements.

Pleasant

Liked: It was clean and good value
Disliked: It is rather dated and would benefit from refurbishment. It was strange not seeing any staff. Understandable as difficult times.

Liked: Location is fabulous the hotel was clean right on the beach front all in all it was perfect for us we had the double room top floor.

Weekend away.

Liked: Quite frankly the only thing that makes this hotel worth it is the water pressure of the shower, the pillows and the location, ideal location for a small family as the hotel is seconds away from the arcade.
Disliked: I asked for ?something romantic? as this was mine and my boyfriends first anniversary, I don?t know what their definition of that is but this ain?t it. We had a broken and dripping tap that apparently would be fixed tomorrow (great! Just when we leave), the bedding had mysterious white stains on it, as well as the curtains? God help us if we had went in there with a black light! Online I was so excited for this four poster bed, it seemed so romantic and looked so comfy! However when we got there the bed looked like it had been shoddily glued together and was so unsafe I felt scared to sleep incase the bed fell on top of us! And under the bed was filthy, dusty as hell and looked like a spiders den. The bathroom was dirty and looked like it needed a good bleach, the bath had jets which of course did not work. The room stated to have a hairdryer as well as shampoo/soaps etc but I had to call and ask for these, but at least we had a bible! Not! This place was filthy and falling apart from the moment we stepped into the cobweb filled porch and into the building that had a constant weird curry smell, considering we are in a pandemic you?d think things would be cleaner but no. Absolute waste of money and time, me and my boyfriend were utterly disappointed.

Great Loaction

Liked: Breakfast was very nice . Size of room was good . Everything worked as should do.
Disliked: Very tatty / tired . Outside , rooms , eating area all need improvement
