Pleasant but did not meet...

Liked: Room was clean & serviced well.Front desk team were quite helpful.
Disliked: The view of a concrete floor & local car park. Having booked a room with a city view this did not meet my expectations.Reception staff were abrupt - when checking out there was no interaction to ask about my stay only to ask if I wanted a copy of the receipt. Tour desk left a lot to be desired. Only there to self-promote. No value add service or suggestions despite knowing I only had 2 days to take in the sights.No local information available in the room to help understand the location.Hotel looks a little tired.

Dirty, Stains on the walls...

Liked: It was close to food options
Disliked: The room was absolutely disgusting. There was a huge brown stain on the cloth over the headboard. The bathroom was really dirty. All the power outlets were covered in dirt and grime and it looked yellow. The couch had visible stains on it, so I do not want to know what I couldn't see without a black light. This hotel was pretty expensive and it was last minute for us so we didn't have a choice, but I expected A LOT better, or at least some level of cleanliness from a fancy hotel. I would have asked for my money back if I had the time to do so.

Nice hotel in good location...

Liked: Good location for both shops and close to Waikiki, great fitness centre, excellent bars/restaurants (Signature on the top level is extremely good!).
Disliked: The rooms were a little old and tired for the cost, and the swimming pool area, although nice, lacks ambience.

Disliked: Facilities poor.They had just painted and the smell was terrible. As soon as we got to the room I called the front desk to ask for another room. They never returned my call.. The door into the room was painted stuck. It took two of us... big strong men to put our shoulders to the door to get it open. For 2 days, neither my wife or grown daughter could come or go unless my grown son and I used all our strength to open the door. No snack bar, no room service, bathroom way too small The beds were not the ones we ordered on your site....and on and on.
