Liked: Room was spacious. Breakfast was very varied. Location was great
Disliked: Shower didn't have a place to put the shower gel etc .Aircondition didn't work properly

Beautiful, clean hotel with awesome...

Liked: Family room had tons of space and a lovely balcony. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. It was very clean.
Disliked: The bathroom door does not lock and mattresses were hard which I understand some people prefer but for us it was very painful to sleep on.

Great location ... but...

Liked: Excellent location - we walked everywhere! The room was clean and reasonably sized.
Disliked: Breakfast was not fresh, was disappointing. The hotel was overpriced for the quality and the reception staff were a little abrupt and information not correct. I think they overcharged the city tax as well - particularly when we stayed at other places and it was less. We didnt get the room we booked and the options to change to what we booked we would have probably have to miss a day of sight seeing.

Liked: Great location, our room was big comfortable and we also had a nice balcony.The staff were very friendly
Disliked: The Springs mattress was not that comfortable

Was a bit concerned as...

Liked: Good location and nice room. Breakfast was exceptional! It was close to great restaurants and around ten minutes from the Spanish steps straight down the street.
Disliked: It was an odd configuration being the lobby was below street level. The hall and elevator areas wer were a bit cramped

Liked: Location in Rome was excellent and easy to get around and use metro.
Disliked: The room was not as advertised- junior suite photos show two different rooms. We were not happy.

Exceeded my expectations

Liked: Everything was amazing!! People working there were really really kind and helpfull. They helped us with all kinds of stuff every time, even at night. Room was big, clean and comfortable. With the emphasis on cleanliness, it was spotless every day. And the breakfast was delicious, with a lot of choice. And the location is great too, 10 minutes walk to Trevi fountain or Spanish stairs, very close to all kind of attractions. And 5 minutes walk to nearest metro station, which goes to the Vatican city.We will definitely go there again if we travel to Rome.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
