Very good

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Remote control for TV was not working.

Airport Hotel - The Value...

Liked: Always loads of capacity especially following a last minute change of accommodation plan so this was very welcome!
Disliked: The hotel could do with a refresh and parking on the upper tier involves a tight turn but if you can see past all of these things and remember the value for money it's an awesome place.

Good property, bad service.

Liked: Quality of the property is good, very clean.
Disliked: staff won’t respond/ sort if you have any issue and phone them. The table fan in our room was not working, I called the reception, then answered after several attempts, said they will sort it but didn’t do anything. Next day I called again, same thing repeated. Was very uncomfortable and warm.
