Liked: Loved how easy checking in was. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was easy to find and easy to get into Edinburgh centre from. Staff were friendly. All in all a lovely stay.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Good clear instructions, great location. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Bathroom was very tiny and could gave been a bit cleaner. Room was very warm but couldn't open windows.

Liked: close to central, near by bus service. amazing room with the view. newly built in suite. good amenities.
Disliked: parking is bit tricky. we got lucky and found a free parking spot.

Liked: Good access to bus routes into Edinburgh including the bus and train stations Duncan, the owner is helpful and good commutatorIt was reasonably quiet Breakfast provided included some hot food
Disliked: The room in this old building felt like a dorm room; and the curtain needed repairingExpensive for quality presented

Lovely breakfast

Liked: The breakfasts was good, they had chocolate milk and my kid loved it. The bathroom looked like it was renovated, has a modern look.Good location if you love to walk, or the bus stop was pretty close.
Disliked: The beds were not that comfy.
