Good value for money

Liked: It was close to where we were visiting,the room was big and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: Only a couple of small things, light bulb not working and a bit of a sewage smell in on-suite

Liked: Stains on bed. Carpets were filthy. Disgusting place. Showed a video of the room the James the barman and had to book alternative accommodation elsewhere. Was told I would get a full refund but still haven't received one. They have blocked my communications.

Liked: The food was good.
Disliked: The room looked tired. The TV did not work and when I went to ask a member of staff they just said sorry I can't fix it.There were only enough towels in the room for 1 person and had to ask for more.The room was at the front near the road and it was noisy all night with traffic. Couldn't have the windows shut as it was too warm.

Exceptionally clean, rooms so comfortable...

Liked: The atmosphere, the staff the location and the rooms. This place is a treasure chest. We had their Sunday Roast, which was so tasty and an excellent price.

It was ok,for a short...

Liked: We arrived in the afternoon,we went to our room. It was ok but very basic. We couldn't find the remote control for the TV went and ask a member of staff. They informed us that the TV wasn't working and hadn't for some time. Beings that we were staying until next day not having nothing to watch wasn't an option. We decided to leave and they were refunding us,then they had a last minute cancellation. (Funny that) We were grateful as we wasn't looking forward to long drive home. Room was comfortable and we had a TV that worked.
Disliked: We had a meal there.the steak was like eating shoe leather(not that I've ever tried to eat a shoe) Not eaten there before, menus always looked nice. So won't be eating there again. Don't think room is value for money.
