Disliked: No AC and a few items disappeared from our room. Tiny room and tiny bathroom.

Liked: Nice location and friendly staff (both at the reception and in the restaurant).Room was quite spacious with comfortable beds. We could leave our bags before the check-in and after the check-out for few ours while sighseeing
Disliked: Small restaurantCleaning could be a bit better

Liked: Location, staff at check-in.
Disliked: Hot room on 4th floor (no elevator), no airflow, dusty fan which blew dust all over the room. Tiny bathroom, could use a better clean.

Disliked: The breakfast was minimalist and the number of tables for the guests was too low, we had to wait...

Liked: Location is convenient and in a nice neighborhood. Prices are typical for London. Staff is very helpful.Breakfast is plentiful but not much variety
Disliked: Basement room was very small, bathroom was spartan.No chair in the room, although if there was one it would be best if it was a folding chair

I will not stay there...

Disliked: The room was too small for 2 adult and 1 child as we booked. Breakfast was too poor.
