Liked: Kept us in reception way too long as for some reason they needed to scan op of all family and their machine was not working( EU country) but still!!! We booked 2 rooms one of which had 2 windows both in internal yards( only drains etc) covered with super dark curtains so really gloomy room!! Bathroom needs refurbishment broken bath lots of cracks everywhere! Rooms not soundproof we could here people talking everywhere!!! And for 2 rms for 4 nights paid too expensive for what it is

The staff should be more...

Liked: Nice hotel, delicious breakfasts, good location
Disliked: I would like to meet a more friendly staff. I didn't like that they didn't help deliver the luggage to the rooms of the elderly parents.
