Wonderful stay, will book again.

Liked: All the staff were wonderful, especially the owner. She was a pure delight. You can definitely tell they care about what they do and they’re all so sweet and nice. I will definitely be staying there again.
Disliked: Nothing that I did not like.

Comfortable and charming hotel where...

Liked: Beautiful house with spacious, clean rooms in a bucolic setting. We did not use the spa but the property looked well equipped, with a separate building for that offering. We all loved the breakfast, it was not the typical bed & breakfast set menu. There were several choices on the menu to choose from. Location is a short drive to downtown, maybe 10 minutes. 15 to 20 to get to the Liberty University campus. 5 minutes to a grocery. We've already booked a 2nd stay here since we'll be back in Lynchburg in a couple months. The staff are wonderful.
Disliked: nothing

Acorn Hill was perfect.

Liked: The property is Super clean. The owner and staff were absolutely amazing. Close to everything in Lynchburg.

Great to place to stay...

Liked: Clean, great location, wonderful breakfasts.
Disliked: The bed was a little too firm. A mattress topper would have made it perfect.

This is a lovely place...

Liked: Our room was huge, breakfast was excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful. Freshly baked cookies were an extra plus.
Disliked: The beds were a bit saggy - maybe just too soft for our liking, or maybe need replacement.
