Liked: Very clean, location was perfect, very modern, staff was outstanding. Hotel employee from the front desk was so nice. We mentioned it was an anniversary trip and she gifted us several bottles of wine, free breakfast, and drink vouchers. She went above and beyon

I hope the hotel is...

Liked: I got charged 100 dollars "incase" I went to the bar. No one told me I was gonna get that fee on top of getting charged twice for parking. So many charges for 1 night stay. Not sure if I would go back, rooms were pretty. But all in total got charged $150 for nothing.
Disliked: Front desk wasn't clear about additional fees. Room was nice and bathroom as well. I was put in a handicap room, not sure why.

Nice hotel but they overcharged...

Liked: Roof deck and bar was very nice as. was the gym. They could not find extra blankets or the rollaway bed that we requested.
Disliked: My credit card was charged wrong. I have called and called. I was given an email and responded that way. No one has ever called me back. They charged me $50.00 more per night then originally confirmed. I am still waiting for a call to correct.
