Convenient Biltmore location and easy...

Liked: Clean room and nice breakfast options. Golf putting practice mat in reception area and large games near pool were entertaining.
Disliked: Noisy aircon in room, hallway smelt like parmesan cheese (musty), not enough towels or water in room for number of guests noted on booking

Liked: Lots of allergies in the hotel and lighting at nite not great--either need to keep bathroom light on or rely on small nite light.

Great location and clean—

Liked: It was in a good location and clean. The rooms were fine but the finished/rooms were not any fancier/nicer than the Hampton inn around the corner and I paid much more
Disliked: Price relative to similarly appointed properties

Very pleasant for one night.

Liked: For a Marriott it was nicely appointed. The bathroom was lovely the bedroom was very comfortable and well lite. There was a nice view of a pond (unexpected for Pheonix)!
Disliked: My big complaint with Marriott facilities, even the higher end is why is never has enough coffee for two in a room. Only one coffee, one decaf and one tea.

Disliked: This was the first time the bed was uncomfortable! I stay there about once a month and am always comfortable! The mattress in 228 was lousy!!
