Great customer service and clean

Liked: The property is very inviting and well maintained. The property is a short walk to Times Square and close to subways/buses. There are many restaurant and street vendors near by as well. Josh was great with scheduling transportation, etc. I can’t brag on the staff enough. My family and I felt welcomed, from security to housekeepers and front desk, everyone was there to assist you in the best way. Awesome stay!

Very good

Liked: The room was great. The rooftop bar was great.
Disliked: My only issue was we weren't advised to put our card on the elevator prior to pressing our floor, took me a minute to figure out what was going on but it would've been helpful had we been told.
