Liked: Some of the staff were amazing ( Deborah, Dylan and Joe)
Disliked: Internet is not working They don’t clean the room even after couple requests Elevator is horrible, one is out of service and i have to wait 15 mins to go down Insect in the cheese in the breakfast Cheap breakfast I was obliged to pay 30 $ each day and its not mentioned in booking Do you need more ?

Disliked: Parking was show as included in Booking.com, but in fact was charged at checkout.

Won’t be back

Liked: Bed comfy cleaners but it was spot as to bed bug on the bed
Disliked: The lobby wasn’t friendly and they wasn’t welcoming to black passengers but was to other people

Liked: Love the pool area & the DJ sounds the food excellent and staff helpful
Disliked: The entrance, no ramp and tricky to identify between the Marriott & The Element hotel.

Liked: I absolutely loved it — 5 out of 5! The AC Hotel Miami Brickell is stylish, modern and impeccably maintained. From the moment I walked in, everything felt thoughtfully designed and very clean. The ambiance is sleek yet welcoming, and the overall vibe is sophisticated without being stuffy. The hotel’s location is unbeatable. Situated at 115 SW 8th Street in the heart of the chic Brickell neighborhood, it’s directly across from Brickell City Centre, offering easy access to premier shopping, dining and nightlife options.
Disliked: The standout for me was the rooftop pool area. It’s a beautiful, relaxing space with great city views. The pool itself is pristine, and I loved lounging in one of the stylish cabanas. The pool bar was a huge plus — perfect for grabbing a cocktail or light bite while enjoying the Miami sun. It truly elevated the entire experience and gave the hotel a luxurious, resort-like feel.
