Lots of hidden charges

Liked: It was close to LAX
Disliked: The “pool” was at the adjoining hotel Hyatt Place. On the website it says, breakfast available. No where does it say you have to pay extra for it. Website says overnight parking is $34. I was charged $37. I was charged $100 for early check in, this was not discussed.

Amazing staff, clean hotel -Would...

Liked: Very clean lobby, as well as the rooms. We had access to the pool next-door at the Hyatt place, and it was very easy to access.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They represent your hotel well.
Disliked: Have never run into a fee to check in early. I wasn’t asking for my room. I just wanted to go ahead and take care of that process but it was going to be $100 at the time I got there $50 at noon and would be free after 2 o’clock. The lady at the desk was very kind to ask first before she charged me and asked if I was OK with that and I told her no so I waited to check in. They did take my luggage so we could go walk to get some lunch. I would still go back and stay at that hotel if I needed one in that area. I was very happy with the hotel.

Had a great 2 day...

Liked: I liked how nice the location was. The room was very modern and the how whole looked new. I love the rooftop food and also the lounge downstairs. I also love how pet friendly it was. That is a big plus for us.
Disliked: I didn't like that i have to pay for parking and breakfast. I understand the parking addition to it because of the lounge and restaurant. However, this is an expensive stay.
