Great hotel, helpful management but...

Liked: Great aesthetic & modern style, comfortable beds.
Disliked: Front desk was not helpful. Could not find our room & was dismissive of my explanation I was given, per phone conversation, the hotel manager gave me the night prior to check-in. The desk attendant did not give me a chance to explain how the reservation was in their system nor was she polite about trying to locate the rooms besides telling us “you have no reservation in our system”. It took 45 minutes to locate the reservation for 3 rooms booked under one name & placed in the notes per the hotel manager.

Liked: The customer service is amazing not far from a lot of stuff and the valet service helped a lot didn’t need to look for parking just have to request vehicle before you want to leave so it helps

Liked: The bed was soft. Pillows soft and room clean
Disliked: No microwave in room. I found one on the second floor and if I listen to front desk clerk would have been searching the odd levels for the microwave. I had to search for the ice machine as well. Took 20 minutes to get our ride from valet parking. Breakfast was 20$ as well. But we chose to eat elsewhere. I will pay less for more amenities anytime. The hotel had people outside begging for smokes and coffee from you
