Liked: Location, decor, cleanliness
Disliked: When checking in we weren’t told what time breakfast was or check out or even where the elevator was or what floor our room was on. Overall just not a very friendly experience checking in.

Liked: The staff were so lovely, warm chatty and helpful. The location was fantastic, very central and within walking distance of many of the monuments etc.

Liked: Very comfortable & clean hotel with great location in middle of the downtown All Staff are extremely professional & polite especially the staff in reception , special thank to Mr Ali in reception who was extremely helpful & very comfortable to deal with
