Amazing staff , Fantastic stay

Liked: Came for a visit for my daughter’s wedding The hotel was amazing & all staff were amazing & friendly This made our stay outstanding & I would definitely use this hotel again
Disliked: The waiting time for food to arrive in the restaurant….

Liked: very friendly and helpful staff, modern and comfortable rooms, nice bar area, tea and coffee facilities in rooms included herbal tea, which was nice
Disliked: bright lighting from empty office block opposite made it difficult to sleep sometimes due to a small gap at the edge of the blackout curtains - but that's a minor criticism

Liked: Had upgraded the room but not given until queried, soon resolved and moved rooms.Thought the breakfast was really good and varied choice

Gorgeous hotel which I thoroughly...

Liked: I have done a very favourable review on trip adviser. Breakfast was lovely. Liked the easy entry to dining room and fact we could pick our own table. Breakfast well laid out and good quality and choice of food. Only slight snag was that the small pastries were all gone by 9am on Monday, 22/4.
Disliked: OK. Front of house staff mainly great but just before I left on the Monday afternoon I went to buy a bag of crisps. I normally pay by card for everything but on this occasion I went to pay with two £1 coins. Member of staff could have been a tiny bit more pleasant in telling me they only took cards. I felt about a 100 years old. Male member of staff was lovely though and at other times front of house staff went out of their way to show me how to get to places.
