AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown

Very disappointing customer service considering...

Liked: The front desk lady on the day I checked out was amazing.
Disliked: The rest of the staff was horrible. They breakfast staff made us move away from the coffee station while we were making our morning coffee instead of waiting for us to finish. The valets moved all the seats in the cars and changed radio stations, the cleaning lady we asked her to come back in 30 minitues and she never returned. and the front desk lady when we checked in had to finish smoking her vape at the desk before she would check us in.

Clean, welcoming hotel in a...

Liked: The hotel was very clean and welcoming. It is in an excellent location to walk around downtown and not have to drive anywhere. The room was a good size and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved it!!!

Liked: Breakfast was great. Eggs, home fries, fresh fruit and yogurt. Also enjoyed the jalapeño fritata. Room was very clean as well. Ate outside on the terrace on a lovely morning.

Disliked: Valet parking took 30 minutes to get my vehicle. Restroom had no door.

Disliked: Room kinda bland. Also not very clean. Trash stayed on the floor in the hallway for a whole day.

Disliked: Honestly, for the price, was not worth it..have had better amenities at lower cost

Excellent personnel, facilities and location!

Liked: Hotel building is modern, functional and safe. People at front desk were really nice and helped me answering all my questions. It has a great location with many nearby restaurants, cafes, bars and entertainment places you can arrive to by walking. There’s a pharmacy in front of the hotel, which was very convenient! I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
