AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham

Ideally located. Staff friendly and polite. Clean room and facilities. Will be back.

When we got to the hotel we realised the wrong one had been booked but the staff did what they could to book us in to the correct one. Extremely helpful, pleasant staff.

It is a decent hotel but could be better. It could be cleaner and the breakfast is very poor.

Liked: Central location; good shower.
Disliked: Breakfast very limited; room not that clean.

Liked: Nice location by canal and very easy access to NIA.

Liked: Love the area! It was a straight walk to the utilita arena, and there's lovely scenery on the way and plenty of nightlife. I loved the size of the room. It was very spacious and very clean. The beds were really comfortable too and the room was nice and warm.
Disliked: I felt that the walls were a little bit thin and I could hear noise on the corridors quite late and very early in the morning too.

Liked: We were greeted and assisted by TALAR during our check in and she immediately made us at ease, very accommodating and proactive on what we need. She is very efficient in her job. The hotel is close to loads of cafe and restaurants so it is very accesible
Disliked: Breakfast, not much option. We came about 30mins before they stop serving and the ladies serving the bfast did look like they were not happy about it and it showed, apart from that the rest is okay.
