A good-value stay with some...

Liked: Once we had our room changed (see 'didn't like') it was a comfortable place to stay, and well-located for our needs (visiting a friend who lived nearby). Late night member of staff excellent in a speedy change of room.
Disliked: When we booked, there was no indication that the room we were booking had a bizarre bed, located in a space only 3ft hight, over the bathroom and accessed by a very odd and dangerous set of steps. Under no circumstances book a 'Mountain View' room unless you are young and VERY acrobatic. However, the room was changed rapidly to a 'proper' one as soon as we complained.Even a 'proper' room is somewhat unusual, in that the only basin is a large kitchen sink, without a plug or ability to use one's own (the hole is very large, with a waste-disposal system). So impossible to wash or do washing-up other than under a running tap (at variance with the water-saving toilet cistern).One other problem is that their arrival system is based on gate and door codes being texted to you just before check-in time. For some reason the system cannot handle overseas (or at least UK ...) phone numbers - either for SMS or WhatApp. I had to phone them, and eventually the details were sent by e-mail. This definitely needs looking into.

Good and clean

Liked: It was clean and easy to check in and out.
Disliked: The door to the bathroom was cheap and made a lot of noise when closing it.

Loved the set up, bed...

Liked: Great location! Very comfortable bed! Plenty of room!
Disliked: Only thing I have to contribute is that the room needs a little TLC. It was clean just needs some fresh paint and a little caulking/repair at shower

Liked: This is nothing as the pictures showed. We didn't even spend the night here. The rooms were "upstairs" but you had to climb a ladder like steps. No doors in "the rooms" just floor mattresses. The restroom wasnt able to lock or even close. Also there is a huge gap between the stairs and restroom. So people walking upstairs can see you using the restroom.

Disliked: Layout is bad, (bed is cramped against wall and bathroom is oddly open to the room), clean floors but walls were dirty.

Liked: Had to borrow cutlery (spoons) from family to eat
Disliked: The room was very dirty, especially the windows above the bed. Full of accumulated dirt and dust. Also appeared to have mould. The Aircon leaked all over the floor and our new luggage. Bathroom basin over the toilet not very pleasant to use after someone has used the toilet. The walls were very scuffed and dirty.
