Liked: The hotel was perfectly situated for night entertainment. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Superb

Liked: Fabulous location, breakfast and of course the hotel and it's impressive decor and caged lift!
Disliked: Noisy ventilation!

Great value for money stay...

Liked: Staff was very friendly, price was cheap, and location was amazing to walk around the city center.
Disliked: The hotel is located beside a busy road and could hear buses, cleaning trucks and noisy young people after-hours.

Loved the Ambiance, Experience was...

Liked: The old-fashioned decor was wonderful. I loved the main atrium and stairway. The room was comfortable with a view. The staff who checked me in were helpful and polite.
Disliked: The room had a smell of stale smoke,a nd the bed itself was not very comfortable to sleep on. Not a bad bed per see, but certainly not a great one. When trying to check out it was a while until reception could see me.

Great location and lovely stay,...

Liked: Great location. We asked for a high floor room and we got it. Room ready when we arrived. Nice clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Staff very helpful and cheery. Had a small bathroom but clean and well laid out. Lots of towels if needed. Tea and coffee maikng facilities in room. Good temperature, not too hot. Quirky lift we enjoyed using !
Disliked: Wardrobe was quite dated and windows didn't really close properly so we had a noisy nite from the street outside!
