Disliked: Ceiling in bathroom was collapsing asked for an anniversary balloon in my room they put a birthday girl one in complained and no offer of money back or even an apology and paid cash but seem too have had money taken from my bank

Liked: Stunning building. Staff were excellent and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Rooms were tired. Bed was soft and not very comfortable. Room was beside boiler flue so was noisy.

Liked: Excellent staff and breakfast menu. Comfortable enough bed and nice room.
Disliked: Although we enjoyed our stay in general, we thought the hotel could’ve been a bit cleaner. One of the display pillows on our bed had lots of hair from a previous guest all over it.
