A stylish and spacious hotel...

Liked: Location and views over the racecourse.Large room and very comfortable beds.Clean.
Disliked: Windows don’t open and Aircon wasn’t very effective. Didn’t go below 19 degrees.No heated towel rail in bathroom so in colder weather how would towels dry?We parked in the Little Roodee car park which is quite nearby but up steps and a very steep path, so not an easy climb with luggage.

Conveniently located but overpriced.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: No minibar & some things in need of tlc, e.g. loose door handle casings & loo roll holder.

Disliked: Misdirected by staff where to sit not greeted helped our self to fruit juice.Butter rationedSourdough bread difficult to cut.Service second with new staff much improved

Lovely location and nice rooms...

Liked: Location excellent , great room.
Disliked: Restaurant , took far too long to serve coffe ( 35 mins) breakfast ( still waiting after 50 mins) and very very restricted if you have dietary requirements e.g, it’s more what you can’t have than having gluten free options etc . I’d expect gluten free foods for a hotel / restaurant of this calibre.
