We would happily stay here...

Liked: The breakfast was a little disappointing and the service was slow.The location of the hotel was good, being only a short stroll to the city centre.
Disliked: The breakfast was a letdown and the price of the parking, we felt was very expensive so we parked elsewhere.

Not a four star experience...

Liked: Reception staff and most of the breakfast staff all as expected. Location.
Disliked: Manager on arrival rude and unwelcoming. Some breakfast staff. Ground floor bar neglected and off putting to hotel guests and outsiders. Bed linen not changed daily.
