Lovely, clean and comfortable room....
Liked: Excellent location for all that Chester has to offer - Roman wall, Cathedral, Zoo, shopping, restaurants…Very quiet considering the locality.
Disliked: Parking - restricted underground parking.No USB points in room - surprised as it was a modern room.Paying £2.50 for bottles of water in rooms.

Liked: The bed was very soft and we sunk into it. It was very uncomfortable and we could not sleep.Also quite hot in the room.Room 403

Very good
Liked: Very comfortable beds and the room was lovely and clean.Excellent welcome from the reception area and also the young lad who was working on his own made us lovely cocktails and was very polite and friendly.
Disliked: The bar area on the 6th floor needed a good clean. Stains on the chairs and tables/floors they needed a good wipe/clean.
