Hotel Description
A friendly family-run hotel located in one of Fife's picturesque coastal villages specializing in fresh fare using local Scottish produce where possible. Real ale is always available on tap and the establishment has once again been included in this year's 'Camra' Good Beer Guide. Although the buildings date back to the 17th century all 16 bedrooms have private bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities. Free on street parking is available just across the road and further parking spaces can be found within 328 feet from the hotel. The hotel is an ideal base for touring golf breaks and for visiting Edinburgh which is just 30 minutes by car/rail with the station just one minute's walk away.

Perfect for all the family...

Liked: Perfect location as my family were going to a wedding in Aberdour Golf Club and it was only a short walk from hotel. Breakfast was very good made fresh for everyone. Will definitely go back soon as it is a beautiful place.
Disliked: Can’t complain about anything.

This is a small, very...

Liked: We chose this area due to location for the last couple days of our trip. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was a cute, cozy little place with the most friendly staff of our entire vacation!
Disliked: Very small rooms, but we expected that, so it’s not really a negative.

Acceptable.

Liked: Food was really very good. Breakfast and dinner.
Disliked: Bed linen was clean, towels were clean, but carpets were stained and not very well vacuumed, banister on stairway en route to bedroom was sticky, room was very small, decor not nice. Room to hot (but it was exceptionally warm outside).

Overpriced for the state of...

Liked: Beautiful location.
Disliked: The place is run down and dirty, bathroom hasn’t been updated for probably 20years - black mould everywhere, bathroom mirror hadn’t even been wiped. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable. The TV is from the 90s.
