Perfect location

Liked: The best location, comfy bed, spacious room. It is very near to the train station, bus station, and ferry terminal. They helped me to do a late check-in because of my delayed train to Aberdeen.
Disliked: Hot water did not work. I arrived late and left early in the morning so I could not really ask someone to fix it. But, it was quite sad that the hot water did not work. But, I think this would be solved if there was time.

Liked: Close to Union square, the bus station and train station. Pleasant staff lovely room with fantastic shower .

Okay, but not great.

Liked: Hotel is in a very central location. I liked the fact that we could check in up until midnight.
Disliked: For a start off, the hotel does not have parking. It felt as if we were checking in to a hostel rather than a hotel on entry. The decor was very very dated and, being allocated a room on the third floor, I was disappointed to find that there was no lift.The room was very small and again, the deco and the fittings in the room were dated. The carpets on the floor had seen much better days, it was threadbare in places and was grossly overdue for replacement. It was definitely not worth the £50 plus price tag for one night.
