Completely misleading. Do not book....

Liked: Location
Disliked: Horrible rooms. Dingy. Dark. Like a prison cell. Meant to be city view with balcony. In basement room. Daughter in top floor. Asked for rooms to be together on line. Asked to be changed into another room. Was told no. Terrible breakfast. Milk was sour.

The room was OK for...

Liked: The best part is the location of the hotel. Paddington area is green and wonderful, Paddington station is so close. It was an excellent starting point for all our sightseeing. I liked complimentary water and sweets upon arrival.
Disliked: The room was really very small with tine bathroom, and very soft bed. It also does not have air condition, just wall fan blowing directly to us when lying on the bed. Shower doors need some good cleaning, and also missing hangers in the bathroom. The hotel should serve better coffee at breakfast.

Great location

Liked: Really nice hotelStaff were great and friendlyMy suitcase being delivered to my room was a nice touch Bed was very comfy
Disliked: Wish there was a lift, climbing 3 flights of stairs several times a day was knackering. Breakfast was limited.. sausages, bacon and hash browns would of been great.
