Liked: During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and well-furnished, offering a beautiful view of the city skyline. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast buffet, and the staff was always attentive and friendly.

Liked: It was difficult to have a good night sleep. The noise of the Metro started around 5 am. At night it can be heard till 1am.If you want to rest, pay attention to this issue before booking a room.

Liked: Other than on the first day, no complimentary bottled water or coffee, which is, personally, ridiculous.If you've leased a car, you need to pay for parking as well at €14 a day.Great service, particularly from Beatriz Tavares, who was excellent.Rooms are tiny though clean.

Convenient and clean

Liked: The metro stop is right outside for convenience when you want to head into the city centre which is 3 stops away.Clean, and comfy. I was surprised the coffee pods were not complementary?I
Disliked: The bathroom door handle was in need of an adjustment. And I wish the concierge had not taken away the folder that holds our door “keys”, when we checked out because the door codes to exit the parking garage were written on it? You will need the codes to exit the garage.
