Not a great place.

Liked: Rooms are fine. Location is convenient close to the motorway.
Disliked: Unhelpful staff at checkin. Arguing with various customers in the que in front of me and with me.

Liked: The bathroom and heated floor. Great selection of breakfast.
Disliked: One of your staff refused to allow us slippers and dressing gowns. She states these were only available if you booked the spar room. This is contrary to the information given when you scan the qr code in the room in which It just states available upon request. Very unprofessional.

Liked: Disliked the shower running on all yhe bathroom floor, no extra towel to put on the floor to stop the water, the menu at the restaurant was very limited. Liked the staff and the breakfast.

Very disappointed

Liked: The first thing that doesn't make things easier is the lack of staff at the reception. There's also no bell to call someone. You have to stand and wait, and not everything can be done on the tablet for check-in. This also meant that I wasn't able to check (or receive) the invoice for my stay. After returning, it turned out that the breakfast that was supposed to be included in the price was added to my bill. I wrote on the chat (because there was no one at the reception) that I wanted an invoice for the company. However, no one replied to me and I still haven't received it. There were no fresh vegetables at breakfast. There was only one salad and nothing else. Poor. Coffee only from a jug, no coffee machine. In addition, I was given a room with a bathroom for wheelchair users. The toilet in such a room is mounted quite high and using it is very unpleasant for an able-bodied person.

Liked: Hotel looks very nice. Comfortable. However, room was not that clean (smudged mirror, dirty shower, ...) There were no towels for hands.
