Excellent stay, great location, perfect...

Liked: I liked the service, all people there were friendly and willing to help. It may not be that important but already the lobby makes you feel great and welcome. The room was better than expected, clean, cozy and had everything necessary. Location was amazing with access everywhere.
Disliked: Very small things like, the room door were not very sturdy and you could hear the corridor chatter or another room noises. Surprisingly, hotel didn't have a restaurant. It's not an issue in NYC, but I got surprised really.

Liked: Very good location, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good wifi coverage. Definitely exceeded our expectations and excellent value for money. Special thanks to Edward for special welcoming and fabulous room.
Disliked: Nothing, all was really good.

The location and the professionalism...

Liked: The staff was great. All were very friendly and accommodating. The location was also great.
Disliked: I stayed in room 807, and I could hear in the next room, which made it uncomfortable for me to sleep. The carpeted floors made noise, and the shower water pressure was lacking.
