Liked: The spa was lovely The rooms are terrible. We had two rooms and both were dusty, beds weren't comfortable. They need a renovation

It was wonderful and a...

Liked: The staff especially Nikoleta , Lisa and Priscilla they were great . They did everything to make us comfortable and happy. The hotel chefs also were kind and generous and made lovely pastries . We loved our stay so much that we would give it a 7 stars.
Disliked: We think the housekeeping can be better and more professional.
