414 Hotel

Loved the location of this hotel - there was access to everything right down the street. Room was very clean and perfect to fit two people. I would recommend this hotel to everyone :) !

Liked: Excellent location, good value for money. The room was quite cramped but the bed was comfortable!

Liked: The location is amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and pretty clean. Good coffee and access to the water downstairs.
Disliked: The only problem was the 4th floor with no elevator kinda tough with bags and luggage. But we agreed to live on the 4th floor so it was totally on us))

Liked: This hotel is a 10 minute walk from Times Square and even less of a walk to a restaurant. The room was good, it was clean and the ac worked. The bed was a little sturdy for my taste but beyond that it was good. Every time we passed by the front desk, we were greeted by someone.
Disliked: Four flights of stairs and no elevator. The cleaning staff did not clean the room any of the 3 days we were there, don’t know if we were supposed to request it or if they missed us.

Old charming hotel, but need...

Liked: Location, good mattress, bathroom was everything working, ac working. Old New York charming building and neighborhood.
Disliked: The room was not clean when we came, mirrors were blurry. The cleaning was done 2 days out of 3 in 5 nights we were there. Cleaning lady was not cleaning anything until we complained, she was lying about that we said that we didn’t need cleaning, was not speaking English at all, came once to clean our room at 9pm with her kids when we came after walking all night and just wanted to relax. Also windows were super dirty. The stuff was nice but dressed not appropriate for the reception of the hotel in the center of Manhattan. Also furniture is old and ac was super loud.
