EXCEPTIONAL!

Liked: The staff was so accommodating and kind and helpful! They really take pride in their facility. I’m used to booking chain hotels, and didn’t know what to expect, because it was such a great value. Was it fancy? No. But it was clean and safe and in a great location with the nicest staff!

Great location, good space, just...

Liked: Great area away from the business and load streets. Lots to do around the area. Felt more secure. The room was large with lots of space and had everything you needed. Fridge is a huge plus in a nyc hotel.
Disliked: Could not get hot water in the shower. It wasn’t the cleanest.
