Liked: Good central location. Asked for a quiet room and it was (thank you!) for central London. Bed was comfy. Shower hot and towels fluffy. Had a packed visit so didn’t spend a lot of time there other than to sleep but would definitely go there again
Disliked: Bit of a rabbit warren around the corridors and kept getting lost but other than that was great.

Liked: Upscale hotel welcoming drink and canapés beautiful lounge, convenient Tri Victoria station and many transport options like Oxford Tube and bus other services & lots of eateries. Very hospitable staff. Great heating/cooling.
Disliked: Small room but adequate and typical for Europe and not any counter space in bathroom for toiletries.
