Fantastic short stay in comfort

Liked: Very friendly staff the room had great space comfortable beds and very clean
Disliked: Nothing to not like

Disliked: Curtains ripped Radiator in bathroom rusty Some mold in shower Noisy could here other rooms Staff were ok but could have been a bit more smiley kept people waiting at received bar

Liked: Location was perfect for what we needed
Disliked: Staff attitude. After a very long day. We went to the bar for a drink before our meal. We were told we couldn't be served as he was by himself and too busy setting up for the evening. After saying we were residents etc and if he served us (which would take around 5 mins) he would then have more time to set up. We finally got served but the service was very poor throughout the trip. The Guinness was a very poor standard and they just couldn't pour in correctly. Literally a 1/3 of the pint was head. We asked for coffee after our meal in the evening around 930pm. We couldn't have coffee because the machine had been cleaned for the day. And then around 1030pm they shut the bar 😡. Same waiter for breakfast who seemed very stressed and struggling.
