Friendly staff and but kitchen...

Liked: Friendly staff, parking available ($40 p/ day), comfy apartment, Supermarket right across the street and walking distance to George Town, but Subway or Taxi will be needed to reach the Mall area.
Disliked: The kitchen could be better equipped, not enough forks (4x), knifes(3x) and spoons(4x), also no tray for the oven, so we could not cook a pizza for example.

Decent location, rooms need updating...

Liked: The in-room kitchen was useful. Working elevators, ramp to the building, made for easy access with stroller.
Disliked: Room was outdated, dingy, and stuffy. It felt dusty and the room was incredibly hot and dry which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bathtub was really slippery and my young son actually slipped and fell, resulting in a trip to the ER.

Exceptional

Perfect accessible location . Kitchen...

Liked: Great location in dc within walking distance to Georgetown, monuments, DuPont circle, Metro station etc. The kitchen makes it super easy for families. There is a Trader Joe's across the street. Staff is friendly. Feels safe. Available parking with extra payment.
Disliked: The kitchen could use a few more basic supplies, like a baking pan but it did have a few pots, pans and cutlery.

Exceptional

Great location, nice suite, good...

Liked: The location was near everything you needed. The building was nice, room was spacious, and kitchen was the right size.
Disliked: Hospitality workers need retraining. It’s supposed to feel welcoming and the workers here were dismissive. Room was decently cleaned but could use a deeper clean.

Okay, but may look for...

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Could not adjust room temperature. And couldn’t keep window open due to first floor location.

Overall, a good value for...

Liked: The location was fabulous. There was a Trader Joe's across the street for snacks, etc. Also, Georgetown was a very easy 2 block walk away with plenty of great restaurants and shops. The metro was an easy walk and there was a bus line that did stop very close to the hotel. Our room was a decent size.The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.Very nice to have a living room and separate bedroom for a family. The price point is very affordable.
Disliked: The hotel facilities are a bit outdated. The kitchen was ok but the dishwasher didn't close well and the toaster was old and did not work. We requested a new toaster and the replacement was also older and we had to hold down the handle to get it to work. Lastly, the room air conditioner and heat does not work independently and is based on the entire hotel. The temperature outside was warm and we could not get comfortable cooling temperatures in our room.Lastly, there was not a functioning ice maker in the hotel but we did make cubes of ice in our kitchen.
