Very Good - 4.0 out of 5

Andrea, Lafayette, visiting The Andrew J Brady Music Center Tue, 31 May 2022

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I loved the valet parking and the location was downtown so we could walk to everything. The hotel had so much stye and culture. I loved that it was open to view 24 hours.

Liked: Staff; parking; convenience; style.
Disliked: The coffee pot and room amenities.

John, Warsaw, visiting The Andrew J Brady Music Center Wed, 11 May 2022

Disliked: App changed my check in date. Hotel refused to reimburse and would only change checking date by 24 hrs. I would not accept that. I then canceled the charge via visa. I will not stay with them in the future.

Loved Metropole Restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Loved the "museum concept" on the two first floors.

Liked: Loved the bathroom! Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was small. Needed an armchair as well as a desk chair.

Very unique artsy environment, good...

Liked: Great location also basically a hotel inside an art museum. Very unique. We also loved the restaurant.
Disliked: Our room was a little dusty, and the shower handle was broken and didn’t attach to the plumbing properly so it was a little dangerous. But the room itself was very nice.

Good

Liked: Room was clean and tidy.
Disliked: Staff on the first evening of my arrival were cold and didn't engage too much. Very matter of fact and down to business. Not the most welcoming or friendly. Compared to the following days where the staff had more energy and were nice. Food at the restaurant was also incredibly salty.

Poor

Liked: The art
Disliked: That the art really didn't translate to the rooms in an impact full way.The rooms had no character at all. The paintings which were chosen for both the rooms we stayed in were aweful and creepy. The views from the windows were depressing. The showers need refreshing. The coffee maker was loud. No movie channels were provided on the TV.The bedding was not shoft. In fact, it was very rough textured sheets and blanket Furniture was old and ripped The carpeting is borderline The hallways were scarred up and need art or interesting designs on them. The bar should serve food and drinks all day.I was disappointed I expected much more given the Art downstairs No charge, for the consultation

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: I didn't appreciate the dining credit only being available if you booked a particular package. We didn't see anything about a package when we booked our reservations for dinner, which we did last minute due to the "credit" so we could have double checked with the front desk but I feel like that information should be in several places. I just don't feel like our stay was worth the price, the room was small and parking isn't convenient
