Liked: Amazing hotel. Staff attentive and lovely.

Good

Liked: Not much in terms of amenities, but the decor is very nice and more modern compared to most in London.
Disliked: Other guests were loud and annoying all night, so perhaps some better sound dampening 😄

Liked: I stay here a few times a year. I think the staff is wonderful and they do everything they can to make my stay wonderful! When I was here in May, my phone was stolen from a restaurant in SoHo and the staff couldn’t have been more empathetic and helpful! I was lucky enough to see two of them again this time! Great people!

Lovely hotel, excellent staff

Liked: Such a classy yet understated place, with exceptional service
Disliked: Paid for an upgraded room which wasn’t really an improvement over the standard room on a previous visit.

2 fabulous nights in London

Liked: Our room was excellent. I had requested an accessible walk in shower when I booked the room and the hotel quickly confirmed that they had allocated this to us. The staff were all excellent and very attentive. Dinner was great in the Dovetale on site restaurant.
Disliked: I could not fault anything at all. The attention to detail was excellent. I also loved the sustainability ethic of the hotel.
