Liked: Our room was excellent. I had requested an accessible walk in shower when I booked the room and the hotel quickly confirmed that they had allocated this to us. The staff were all excellent and very attentive. Dinner was great in the Dovetale on site restaurant.
Disliked: I could not fault anything at all. The attention to detail was excellent. I also loved the sustainability ethic of the hotel.

Disliked: ‏I stayed at the hotel in London for four nights. Before my arrival, I paid the full room fee as a non-refundable charge. Upon check-in, an additional £800 was charged to my card as a security deposit.‏After returning to my home country, I received an email with an invoice for room services, which included a breakfast charge of £69 and a minibar charge of £11.50. However, I did not have breakfast at the hotel, nor did I use the minibar during my stay.‏I immediately replied to the email, and I was informed that these charges were a mistake and that the amount would be refunded within 3 days. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive this refund. Additionally, the £800 or what is remaining of the security deposit has also not been returned.

Great location, fabulous sustainability features,...

Liked: Loved the sustainability features. Loved the filtered water faucet in the room, as well as the wall moss and multiple potted plants. Super clean! Location was fabulous. Also, my daughter loved the scent of the provided lotion! :)
Disliked: Lighting was super confusing as we couldn't figure out how to leave on nightlights and turn off the rest of the lights! Food via room service was "meh" and overpriced.
