My truck was turned over to the valet and within hours, the window had been smashed and items stolen. Found out today from hotel insurance that they won't cover the cost, so going on my insurance and coming out of pocket for deductible.

Liked: Rooftop Restaurant.
Disliked: Truck was vandalized in their 'secure' parking garage.

Nice for a conference trip...

Liked: The location and decor are amazing. I also loved that the electric kettle in the room could be programmed for a range of things from making green tea to boiling.
Disliked: The bed was not soft enough. Also, the stairs at the entrance of the hotel make getting suitcases in a bit of a hassle.

Super stylish, comfortable, and high...

Liked: Beautiful interior design throughout hotel and in the room, good choice of coffee/tea in room, very comfortable bed, well-equipped and spacious bathroom. Super friendly staff, great coffee and food.

Liked: Elevator was very slow. Roof Restaurant over priced with lousy food. Staff was really helpul

Excellent Staff

Liked: The staff members were very polite and accommodating…everyone went out of their way to be friendly and helpful…Hotel Revival should be proud of their team.
Disliked: The bed frame is bigger than the mattress and creates a situation where we both kept hitting our shins on the frame. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable.
